Same-day delivery is available within Accra for orders placed before 10am.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and will be kept updated until package is delivered.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hampermarket.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Can I return a personalized item?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
