PRODUCT SUPPLY

All contents have been fairly described and photographic props such as demonstrative foods, plates, glasses, cutlery, and other utensils are not included unless stated.

The prices given are approximate only and packaging may vary from those shown.

In the event of supply difficulties, The Hamper Market reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

Wine vintages and labels may vary from those shown.

All items featured on other social media platforms and website are subject to availability.

Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over.

The product images shown on the website are intended for presentation purposes only. Gifts and their contents are configured for safe and secure transit using the appropriate packaging methods, employed at The Hamper Market’ discretion.

All handmade items such as wicker baskets, wine crates, wine boxes etc are subject to a 5% +/- size tolerance.

All wrap designs are the property of The Hamper Market.

 

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The Hamper Market will do our utmost to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date, this is subject to the appropriate delivery address given 3 clear days to the requested delivery date.

Any claim for non-delivery of any goods shall be notified in writing by the customer to The Hamper Market within 3 days of the intended delivery date.

Regardless of how the order is communicated to The Hamper Market (on-line, e-mail, telephone-call etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct at least three (3) working days prior to dispatch.

The Hamper Market reserves the right to impose a surcharge retrospectively for any balance arising from the selection of an incorrect delivery zone,

The Hamper Market do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about because of any of the following:

  • inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details; delayed payment (cleared funds)

The Hamper Market reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the customer.

 

ORDERING,

All products remain the property of The Hamper Market, until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

Orders are accepted based on customer specification and only when payment 70% of product cost is made

Prices quoted are subject to change based on product and content of hampers

Orders accepted by the company cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes after initial deposit is made for all ordered that are to be delivered within two days.

For orders that will be delivered within three to five days. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.

The company reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for orders accepted. This is to indemnify the company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the company as a result of cancellation.

FORCE MAJEURE, The company shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control.
